Skillabus is all about developing the sports skills of children aged 5-11. There are three main programmes: PE Challenges, Football's Coming Home and Flipping Fantastic.
Footballs coming home
Time with the ball, practising first touch, shooting, passing, volleying and more, is essential to building football skills. But how do you keep it fun and interesting? The answer: practice one of our challenges a few times a week, then move on to the next one. Watch those skills grow!
Flipping fantastic
Flipping Fantastic is an exciting programme that includes three courses and features over 60 different bottle flip challenges, from beginner to completely insane, providing everyone in your family with many hours of engaging and entertaining fun together.
PE challenges
PE Challenges is an innovative way to complement PE teaching in primary schools: 200+ challenges in 10 different sports that progress from easy to extremely difficult encouraging the whole family to get involved.

We offer over 350 sporting challenges that help children develop great sports skills and a lifelong love of sport
What if my child can't do a challenge?
Every challenge explains how to make it easier or harder. So if they’re finding it too hard, follow the tips on making it easier. But most of all, encourage them to keep trying and praise them for that – effort is a key determinant of success.
Does Skillabus have any free content?
Yes! Our “10 Free Challenges course” is a great way to try our challenges out. And once you’ve got a Skillabus account you can view a few free challenges in every course.
What age range are Skillabus courses aimed at?
Skillabus courses are aimed primarily at children aged 5-11. But several of the skills we teach will stretch most teenagers and adults too.
Can my primary school do Skillabus?
Yes of course! We offer packages for schools so that every child in your school can have access to our programme
